MARCH 22 UPDATE for First Exercise:
Exercise 1 is due March 26! This first exercise will give you the opportunity to explore the food and culture of a Non-Western World region. You will choose one meal or dish an write a 1-page report describing the ingredients, its history, and the context in which it is served traditionally. You will conduct field research at a dining establishment of your choice.

1-page for the recipe (with photos if necessary) and 1-page for the history and context. These are double-spaced pages following college-writing standards.
