Upsilon Beta Gamma Chapter PBL Meeting Minutes September 26, 2006

A regular meeting of PBL was called to order at 11:37 on September 26th in room 160.

Members in attendence were as follows: Brittany Carlton-President, Susan Shoulders-Vice President, Hannah Disponett-Secretary, Connie Rutherford-Reporter, Bill Shinkle-Treasurer, Chelsea Barkley, Amanda Barkley, and Chris Spaulding.

Some of our members will be attending the Fall Leadership Conference on September 29&30 at the Executive Inn, in Louisville, Kentucky.

It was motioned by Brittany Carlton and seconded by Susan Shoulders that we have a yard sale as a fundraiser. This will take place at the school on Saturday, October 21st from 8:00a.m.-3:00p.m. If canceled by rain the yard sale will take place on November 4th, the weekend after Halloween. It was decided by all that we sell the Halloween items at the yard sale.

If anyone comes up with ANY fundraising ideas, please don't hesitate to bring them up at the next meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:02 by general consent. The next meeting will be October 17th at 11:30 in room 160.
