Upsilon Beta Gamma Chapter PBL Meeting Minutes October 17, 2006

A regular meeting of PBL was called to order at 11:05 on October 17th in room 160.

Members in attendance were as follows: Brittany Carlton-President, Susan Shoulders-Vice President, Hannah Disponett-Secretary, Connie Rutherford-Reporter, Bill Shinkle-Treasurer, Cathy Cheek, Sharon Breeding, Diane Freeman, and John Ozbun.

I read the meeting minutes from last week at the start of the meeting.

It was motioned by Brittany Carlton and seconded by Hannah Disponett that we sell raffle tickets for 2 quilts donated by Connie.

It was motioned by Connie Rutherford and seconded by Susan Shoulders that we host and participate in Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Chris Spaulding and Brittany Carlton will be doing a presentation for the rotary club in hopes of getting a donation from them. The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 by general consent. The next meeting will be October 31st at 11:30 in room 160.
