Upsilon Beta Gamma Chapter PBL Meeting Minutes November 14, 2006

A regular meeting of PBL was called to order at 11:32 on November 14th in Room 160.

Members in attendance were as follows: Brittany Carlton-President, Susan Shoulders-Vice President, Hannah Disponett-Secretary, Connie Rutherford-Reporter, Bill Shinkle-Treasurer, Diane Freeman, Cathy Cheek, Amanda Barkley, Chelsea Barkley, John Ozbun, and Sharon Breeding.

Bill Shinkle read the treasurer report. Our current balance is $480.28.

Raffle tickets are still being sold for the quilts. One of the quilts will be drawn for at our Thanksgiving Dinner. The other will be drawn for on December 7th.

We will be getting together on Friday December 1st at the school to decorate for the local children to come and have their pictures taken with Santa on Saturday December 2nd. Bill Shinkle will be bringing a chair for Santa to sit in. We have decided on a package to sell. At our next meeting we will be going over the setup for picture day.

We have two children off the Angel Tree. Brittany will be purchasing the girls gifts and Susan will be purchasing the boys. There will be a $50 limit on these gifts and they will be funded by PBL.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 by general consent. The next meeting will be November 28th at 11:00 in room 160. This will be our last meeting before Christmas break.
