There's more to choosing a snowboard than picking out an awesome graphic. While looks are definitely one determining factor, there are many other aspects of a board that can help you narrow it down even more. Each dimension of a snowboard is laid out by the manufacturer to help you make an educated decision between multiple boards. It's hard to determine a waist width or sidecut radius by just looking at a snowboard; however, if you have the two boards' specs list you can just look it up. Unfortunately for most people, reading a spec sheet in the back of a catalog or buyer's guide is sort of like trying to decipher the DaVinci Code. So just what do all of those numbers mean?
